Oops..! Looks like I failed my KPI of 3 posts per week.. :P But nvm, nothing much to post so might as well don't waste bandwidth. Haha. Went for a swim this morning again and made full use of my tempo trainer and watch! Was doing a 1.7s stroke and did 1.5km swim in 1.5 hours. Not exactly a fast swim but nevertheless a good start.. Having toying with the idea of setting triathlon as my new goal. Triathlon: 1.5km swim 40km cycle 10km run My plan now is to at least be able to do all 3 items separately. First is to perfect the swim, follow by the run then lastly cycling. If possible, I might want to do stan-chart half marathon nx yr! Let's see how everything goes now, and set appropriate oak accordingly. :)
